The automatic soldering machine has very low technical requirements for the operator. The robot arm can be adjusted to any desired welding position you want. But there is a very important component on the soldering machine, that is, the heating core. How much do you know about it?
At present, the heating core of automatic soldering machine on the market is mainly three kinds: high frequency heating core, ceramic heating core and direct current heating core。 Then we make a detailed introduction to the three kinds of heating cores。
High frequency heating core: high frequency heating core is the most used heating core in China。 Its heating mode is pulse heating。 During the welding process, the heat mode of the iron is transmitted by pulse form。 So during the welding process, the pulse will have a certain influence on the welding products, the welding process, the high quality of the product, and the sensitivity of the welding process。 None of the original products can be welded by the heating core。
Ceramic heating core: ceramic is resistant to high temperature and good temperature control, but the temperature is relatively slow。 To a certain extent, it will affect the quality and efficiency of welding。
DC heating core: DC heating core is pure silver material, direct heating exothermic mode, instant sensitive original, and the heating core will not cause any damage to it。
The above three heating cores are 150W-200W's heating core, which is mainly suitable for welding common process products。 For the products of copper material and heat dissipation, there will be some problems when the three heating cores are welded。 In this case, it is suggested to use a high power heating core。
